Scott Properties have been letting both residential and commercial properties since 1987. Although based in Gateshead our portfolio stretches from London to Northumberland. We have always held the view that good properties attract good tenants, and more importantly keep good tenants, the fact that we have had some tenants since 1989 seems to bear this out. We have our own dedicated tradesmen to carry out service and maintenance, and aim to respond to problems, and repair or replace within 24 hours.
